Ella had one of her best buddies come over and play last weekend. I've been wanting to try this craft I found on You tube for a while now and I decided it was time to give it a shot. There was a little bit of prep work on my part (you'll see what I mean if you watch the video) but they had a great time painting their t-shirts and making bracelets. I forgot to get very many pictures...in fact, these are pretty much it. I'll try to remember to get a pic with Ella in her T and put it in here soon.

However, my mother said that if I don't knock it off with all the overachieving craftiness when other kids come over, all the other Mommies will hate me.

Thanks for your support, Mom.

Dude, it's true. I found out, lo these many years after Mark's daughter Tricia would come to Columbus for her every other weekend visit, that her mother was ever so sick and tired of hearing about all the artsy fartsy stuff me and Trish did while she visiting with her dad. And that while she was glad we did fun stuff...she didn't like me for doing the fun stuff....
I'm just sayin'....
Zip it, Mary. I've got to make up for all the crafting my Mom WOULDN'T do when I was little. She let me look at a crafting book...once...and admire the pretty pictures...but that was about it.
